ANTRANCINE 55B
ANTRANCINE 55B is a liquid formulation containing antioxidants Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) in refined sunflower oil. It is suitable for use in food applications and pet food. ANTRANCINE 55B provides antioxidant protection to food products during processing and storage. The antioxidants in ANTRANCINE 55B help prevent lipid oxidation and rancidity in foods. It can be added into fat or oil of 20-50 °C while stirring until the product is homogeneously mixed. ANTRANCINE 55B is halal and kosher certified making it suitable for a variety of food applications.
