DEOVULC TP 4 75 V

DEOVULC TP 4 75 V is a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, adsorbed on silica powder with 75% active zinc dialkyldithiophosphates ingredient. DEOVULC TP 4 75 V can be used as a vulcanization accelerator and processing aid in rubber and polymer compositions. As a vulcanization accelerator, DEOVULC TP 4 75 V generates short vulcanization times similar to dithiocarbamates. It also provides a short flow period during processing. DEOVULC TP 4 75 V can be used alone or combined with other accelerators like thiazole for optimized vulcanization. When used in polymer compositions, DEOVULC TP 4 75 V improves mechanical properties, tensile strength and abrasion resistance due to its uniform dispersion achieved by adsorption on silica.
