DISPERBYK-184

DISPERBYK-184 is a high molecular weight block copolymer additive that provides steric stabilization. As a result of the small particle sizes of the deflocculated pigments achieved with DISPERBYK-184, products can achieve high levels of gloss and improved color strength, transparency and hiding power. Viscosity is also reduced, improving flow characteristics and allowing for higher pigment loading. DISPERBYK-184 must be incorporated into the base before addition of pigments for optimum performance. It deflocculates pigments, enhancing properties like gloss, color strength and hiding power. This improves aesthetics and coverage.
