DERAKANE 790 E is a thickenable novolac based epoxy vinyl ester resin used for SMC or BMC applications. It contains a low shrink additive providing superior dimensional control well suited for precision parts manufacturing. DERAKANE 790 E resin delivers good physical properties, high heat resistance and excellent dimensional tolerance. It can be used for underhood automotive components and other industrial components where durability and chemical resistance is critical. The product provides heat deflection temperature up to 145°C.
