DISPERBYK-2025

DISPERBYK 2025 is a wetting and dispersing additive suitable for solvent-borne pigment concentrates. It deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization and uniform electrical charge generation. This leads to non-floating coloring prevention in pigment blends. As a result of small pigment particle size achieved, products using DISPERBYK 2025 exhibit high gloss, improved color strength and transparency. It also reduces viscosity and improves leveling properties and pigment loading capacity. DISPERBYK 2025 is compatible with organic and inorganic pigments and various binder systems, making it suitable for pigment concentrate production and co-grinds. It does not negatively impact drying in acid-cured systems or cause discoloration at high temperatures. DISPERBYK 2025 allows for uniform pigment dispersion and rheology control, translating to superior aesthetic and performance properties critical for various industrial applications.
