DISPERBYK-2023

DISPERBYK 2023 is a solvent-borne wetting and dispersing additive for liquid printing inks based on TPU, TPA, NC, and vinyl copolymers. DISPERBYK 2023 deflocculates pigments and stabilizes them by means of steric hindrance. Flocculation, the associated increase in viscosity, loss of color strength, transparency and gloss are prevented. In addition, DISPERBYK 2023 greatly reduces millbase viscosity. The additive has broad compatibility with many binders commonly used in printing inks such as TPU, TPA, NC, and vinyl copolymers. DISPERBYK 2023 can be used to disperse pigments uniformly in liquid products providing better color strength and hiding power. It also helps in reducing viscosity of the product providing improved workability during application.
