SILRES BS 60

SILRES® BS 60 is a water-dilutable solventless emulsion of a silicone resin used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. Applications : • Silicone Resin & Silicate Plasters • Renders & Plasters • Coatings & Paints • Exterior Paints • Top Coats & Paints SILRES®BS 60 is employed as the main binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. If formulated properly, the products made with it are characterized by high permeability to water vapour and CO2, low water absorption, low soiling tendency, a mineral appearance and long life. An excellent beading effect is also achieved if SILRES®BS 1306 is added. Facades must be primed before painting for optimal protection. We recommend high quality SILRES®BS primers.
